These Terms & Conditions govern your use of happymortgage.co, operated by Happy Mortgage LLC (“Happy Mortgage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or submitting the quote request form, you agree to these terms.
SMS Terms of Service
Program description
Happy Mortgage operates two separate text messaging programs, each with its own optional opt-in checkbox on our quote request form:
- Account and customer service messages. Follow-up about the rate quote you requested, your application status, and requests for documents needed to move your file forward.
- Marketing and promotional messages. Separately consented messages about Happy Mortgage products, services, and offerings.
All messages come from Happy Mortgage. Opting in to one program does not opt you in to the other.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending messages in that program. If you want to rejoin, submit the form again or contact us and ask to be opted back in.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
Supported carriers and devices
Message delivery depends on your carrier and device. Not all carriers or handsets support every message type, and service may not be available on all networks.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not a condition of any loan approval. You can request a quote, speak with a specialist, and apply for a loan without agreeing to receive text messages.
Privacy
Your mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. They are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Licensing and Disclosures
Happy Mortgage LLC is a residential mortgage brokerage, NMLS ID 2759109. You can verify our license at www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Happy Mortgage LLC is licensed in Michigan, Florida, Indiana, South Carolina, Georgia. We do not conduct mortgage business in states where we are not licensed.

Submitting the form on this website does not constitute a loan application and is not an offer to lend. It is a request for information.
